My Story
With 25 years at Eureka! Ranch, Maggie Nichols has helped hundreds of innovation teams develop new products and businesses across industries, including B2B, B2C, industrial, services, government, and non-profits. She has worked with organizations like Humana, March of Dimes, the Department of Commerce, Butterball, Ford, Schlumberger, Johnson & Johnson, Frito-Lay, GSK, Toyota, and Chase Bank.
Now leading Eureka! Ranch, Maggie has overseen groundbreaking R&D on innovation, including:
- A patented teaching system proven to be 200 – 400% more effective for adults.
- Validation of Innovation engineering as a “breakout innovation system” by Stanford.
- Development of a complete system that increases net innovation value by 78%.
- The integration of training, coaching, and AI to enhance team creativity and problem-solving.
